We welcome pitches from writers who can make vinyl, playlists, playback, collecting, or attentive listening clearer and more engaging. A strong proposal has a defined reader, a distinct angle, and a reason the subject will remain useful.
What we are looking for
Pitch focused explainers, listening-led essays, useful approaches to playlist sequencing, or fresh ways to think about records and playback. We value plain language, a clear point, and subjects that do not depend on unsupported claims or borrowed expertise.
What to include
Give us a working title, a short outline, the intended reader, and a few lines about why you are suited to the subject. Mention any relevant sources, access, or commercial connection that could affect the piece. A complete draft is not required for an initial proposal.
How to send a pitch
Send proposals through the Contact page and choose the editorial question option. Please do not send a full manuscript unless it has been requested. We cannot promise publication or a particular response time.
